I'm not a expert on this but i think you can do it using IDA and HxD. Copy hex from both files and compare it in HxD.

On phone you can use DiffTool to compare folders, then it will show which files are not similar. Then you can compare files.

Without root, you're missing alot of stuff. Root you emulator and install Lucky Patcher with Xposed

It's not like you watch bunch of tutorials and you'll start hacking online games. You have to learn alot of stuff before even thinking of modding online ones :D

I'm trying to edit a game file and remove annoying sniper sway but I'm confused what to edit out. There's this: >SwaySpeedMax >SwayArc >Stability All have values like 0.304, 0.68, etc. If I replace them with 0, will swayin stop?

Maybe no. I think players who used 3.0.1 gold mod are the ones getting banned:D
