Basically from my testing any stat in battle can be modded but only during battle and without a pointer (which im not that good to create) you will have to scan every battle to find the values and change them. You can set your hp to whatever or enemy to 1, you can edit your patk or matk to 9999...

Well you can do more than just Hp, you can edit any stat during battle the Tactics Points even your character stats. Note when you scan for stats use double and make sure to scan your base stat number (not the buffed green numbers you get from people like gloria. Here is proof. Level 26 Col...

I would highly recommend playing the bypass version first to get through the tutorial or you will find yourself restarting over and over again for like 15 minutes.
