Hi there I'm unable to access to the top UI pf the screen because is blocked by a black bar. Please fix thanks

Not sure why but after pressing download for sea server keeps popping up with ads and unable to download the file. Tried for 30 minutes but still no download link. Tried vpn as well. Just keep seeing ads only
