Server reset?????? Lost my char again it's a good game but wtf .... Too much resets it's getting annoying. Server lost?

it asked me if I would like to upgrade to an account to play...in chinese of course... and I went ahead and signed up and logged in... I still see my char after i logged in and played for a while until I needed to charge my phone so I just stopped for a bit... didnt even log out the game and now...

why my level 21 account got deleted? I just upgrade to using account sign in and then play for a bit to level up from 19 to 21 and charge my phone... log back in and then my char is gone????
