I've been using mod 5 and i havn't been point locked. Although i have also been using akianu v2 for my captain to make it more legit looking. Dont know if that helps or not.

Version 8.4.1 will be released in like a day. I don't know if it will be a forced update or not though. Probably not since 8.4.0 was released not long ago.
