Could you add unlimited Iron and unlimited Odin coins? Also, if you used a lot of runes, will reinstalling the mod fill them up again?

There is a problem with this mod. You don't have unlimited gems. Just 30k and if you used them up, you can't buy anything else for gems so please, make them unlimited. And please make the food and gold unlimited too

So I don't know how to mod a game, but I know, that it will take time, depending on the difficulty to mod. But I would like to know: How long would it take to mod a game? A simple one for example?
