I can't log in to the game. Stuck at 30% loading then "error 500" pops up

How do you guys not get banned? I played for one day and get banned after a few hours. I all did was using maxed loot & reward multiplier and spam summon armour, weapon, fairy to lv9. My account was lv212 with 3m Ruby. Any tips to avoid ban when using this mod? And how do i unban my device? I...
