Haha yeah as BTG said that is their feature. Just do transfer your save file to your new device. Dont bother to use their feature 1. Transfer your game data to your new device in correct place 2. Install game 3. Enjoy No need to use save and load

It cant load or it can load but it loaded diff account? If it cant load, did you use mod or ori in your new device? If it load diff account, did you use diff google account in your new device? This question can answer your question If you having trouble with save and load function of the game...
