I don't know why I can't get the hang of this. My S4 s975L is not rooted. I've downloaded this modded apk and installed. I opened it offline and it was perpetually loading. Also, nobody gave a definitive answer as to whether this mod requires root access. Ugh. I know once I figure all this out...
