That's probably why. Because the modded apk is in chinese and no matter how much you try to change the language, you will always see the chinese. Guess I'll have to just download a normal apk then. Thanks man

I was going to test out the two mods and mod 1 works great but my only problem with it is that I can't find anything in the buildings nor the military camp. Mod 2 is stuck on the loading screen no matter how many times I Uninstall and reinstall it. So that's what I got from the mods you posted...
