Make sure you have googleservicesframework; if your missing something look into GAPPS installer; If your using a modified rom, make sure you have a super user app like supersu; really we need more information, how did you root, what rom build are you on, and what is your carrier?

Their is an xposed module called "AllTrans" that may be useful to your needs.

LP still works for IAP, but you have to use Xposed-Features :) Im terribly affectionate with ssl unpinning module :\

Mod 3 is my daily user, I run on a s7 EDGE; Root, XPOSED, LP, Modified GPS. and 4GB Ram. Android 6, since 7 don't support xposed yet. also I patched my linker a_a
