Stuck at story map 3-11 it's keep loading forever (even if turned mod off), other map still normal

No, just start the game and like that, after intro, i clicked skip, then black screen (not crash) then i wait for about 10 mins (after some chat) game turn into that screen, even redownload or fix data :(
