im not sure but i got problem similar to what you posted as example cant test it out just cos i dont use 3.1 right now but 3.0.5 working fine

actually i just reinstalled perfect only version and it freeze on loading while using bluestacks so tldr its not working properly with bluestacks so im using 305 i hope you can fix it :<
