Basically is the bottom bar... Also, the circle (star) after some time, Will enable and will let you use special. If possible, keep the bottom bar always Full and the star bottom always enable.

@iAlex according to you : Don't use in BOSS CRUSADE or any other Timed/Ranked Event/Mode Can't we use the mod multiplyer > 1 even just for defense ?
