This actually seems to work, anyone testing? Is it possible to make fast skill recovery only for one hero? For some hero stages this would be very usefull (especially the last one). EDIT: Stats are increased in game, but Ive tested so far EXP boost and it isnt working. Not sure about others.

On hero stages enemies heroes also spam skills, can you fix it?
