Don't ever take more than 50 badges, it's also a pain anyway if you have lots of badges since you'll need to scroll down a lot. The only safest thing to take in Phantom Crystal Dimension are the chest and the L/S from cat room. Also have you tried leaving the dungeon instead of taking rewards?
