Probably not, I have 16-17k and still chilling on early chapter 8. I always stay above the recommended power or at least 100-200 below the power. Because everyone can see your stage clear on profile details and if you have a ranking on the ark, everyone can access it.

Been using for a week or so and no ban :D I only use damage and defense multiplier at most 3x, never used the other ones because it'll raise suspicion. Scale my team accordingly and not blast through the campaign too hard. I used it on the towers and the coop event with no problem on 2x.
