is server dead ? I cant log in in any servers . keeps saying (connection error, retry?)

Normal attacks Frequently Miss . no cooldown doesn't work ,speed works but needs to sync to server to run again . 1 hit dungeon ? I dont know id never go to dungeon yet. I think this mod is patched ? Or doesn't work at all. Thanks anyway . its awesome if its work :)
