  1. About "Notice: Cannot make any payments." ERROR

    If you see this Notice while trying to login in a game you must ADD a Google Account in your Smatphone; Tablet or Emulator (Settings → Accounts → Add account) in order to make possible to do in-app purchases in this game then will be possible to login and play normaly. I hope this can help...
