Cloned Pokémon GO apk with official signature

I'm looking for a way to run multiple instances of Pokémon GO simultaneously.
Somehow it seems that you can't log in to your PoGo account any longer from within "Parallel Space" which was the best solution to achieve that.
Also there's a clone app at the Play Store but it changes the signature of the app which is detected by Niantic and therefore I can't log in with that as well.

Is there any way to change the signature of the cloned apk to the original signature while keeping it a different app from the original (so both can be installed and launched simultaneously)?

No. When you clone an apk it modifies it any modification to an apk removes the signature, basically the signature is the same as a warranty sticker on an electronic device.
Google is the one that wont accept the signature which is why you cannot login to google

I was just confused as I remember someone doing a One Piece God Mode hack with Play Store signature but I might be wrong about that.
