Help ! XAPK How is it compiled!?

Ok so I was searching the web for " how do you compile OBB to XAPK" but I can't see any links related to this topic. Just What is XAPK . How do you installed it. But not how to compiled it those are the top searches . I know that app pure makes these XAPK but what software do they use. And if an OBB is compiled to an XAPK , how to make your APK work along with XAPK after being installed
