Lucky patcher modded apk installation

First I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I literally spent 15 hours trying to figure this out and got nowhere. I truly hope I can get help I've tried everything

So I'm trying to install a nodded apk over an original so I can log into google+. I followed all the steps. My sg8+ is rooted with lucky patcher and busybox installed. I successfully patched to android as well.

When I try to install the modded apk over the original it will not let me. I tried in lucky patcher and I get a restoration error. I tried in root explorer and it says the apk is corrupt. Anyone know how to fix this as everything I did was exactly as all the guides stated on these forums and others.

Hmm, ive had the same thing happen to me. but heres a fix.

Go into lucky patcher and long press (hold ) on the original apk then on the bottom it will say move to system apps or something like that. press that, reboot your device go into settings, apps (or applications wherever your apps are stored) Then find the app and press disable on it, after you do that try installing the modded apk.

Also, if that doesent work it could possibly be because the google play version of the game is signed and the modded apk is not.

I'm using this lucky patcher application till now from 3 years ago...

Already I can be hacked many apps and games by using this application. But here are some people, who say that this apk is not working as well.
