Mod menu android help

Im trying to hack call of mini with my own mod menu but i don't know how to import it i only have an android and a tablet is there anything else that can work without a pc?

u would either have to find some serious coding programs for android or u could just do simple cheat modifications with android cheat tools witch u would have to learn to sighn to an apk to actually give away to people but i dont know your experience soo
