you can try downloading it on apkpure.. keep it mind that the .obb file must match to the apk version.. if not apk will not load it..

you can download original apk from playstore to get obb change / add obb file name then delete/uninstall playstore version & install mod version and rename back obb file

If the modded APK doesn't include obb why is it 700 mb large? The original apk is around 70-80mb and I doubt the mods would take up that much space
