Questions:​

-Why do you only accept crypto and gift cards instead of PayPal or credit/debit cards?
PayPal and Stripe have banned us from using their payment gateways, so we've had to rely on gift cards and crypto as payment methods instead.

-Why is it more expensive at checkout than the price shown on the website?
Third-party payment services charge additional fees, which are added to the total at checkout.

-Is there any other way to pay?
At the moment, you can only purchase VIP using the payment methods listed above. These are our only standard payment options. If these options don't works for you, contact us and we may be able to offer an alternative payment method. Click here for more information.

-My payment failed. What do I do?
Try again in 20 minutes. If the payment continues to fail, try using a VPN and changing your location to the USA or Europe.
If you don't have a VPN use any free VPN, I recommend this one: Download Proton VPN (requires creating an account)

-I have paid, but haven't received my crypto voucher yet. What should I do? | Only applies to alternative payment methods
In some cases, crypto voucher delivery is not instant. Please wait 12-24 hours for your voucher code to arrive.
If you still haven't received the code after 24 hours, please contact customer support through the website where you purchased the voucher.
