Virtual space and root

I thought in virtual space installed games could be worked like in rooted phone.
So I have a question about root required games. If I use a virtual space don't I need to root or though I need to?

about your inquiry, you need to root your device if the game you are playing and your account there is binded to google play

so if your gaming accounts are logged in via FB, twitter, root is not required

Only by using vmos, any other virtual / parallel space still need you to be root
