What sort of cheat detection is this?

Hello

I tried to mod this game called postknight but everytime where the hack should work the game just freezes. I have seen more and more games now doing that. For example if i change the player's health, everything in the game works find UNTIL the enemy hits me and the game just freezes.

i thought maybe its the codestage anticheat so i tried to NOP some functions but it doesn't work.

It sounds more like the change you made is throwing an error.
If the anticheat was in effect the game wouldn't load to start with.
Try finding a different string for the hp or try other functions
