can't say with a definite yes. try to login ur account from another device/emus. i've seen tons of people with blocked window but no actual bans. or wait for 12hours to a day and re-log. some people could log after few hours passed by. if ur name aren't mentioned in the ban list, then wait like...

you wont get ban. i use x99 stats on summer event dungeon and no ban, same as halloween dungeon. i use this mod for both low level account(lvl37) and high lvl account(lvl122). just dont use instant win anywhere to be safe. honestly idk why would people use instant win...
