They won't do refund. I would understand if they will ban me for a week or so at least i can still correct my ways and do things right. And I can still make use of the money i have spent on them. But permanent ban, seriously? I have the impulse to get even!

I think we can flag this app and give a bad review, this way Vespa will actually feel the impact of the permaban system.
