I have been using this mod for more than a year (maybe longer than that, I cannot remember) I only use the x10 stats in all content (except Guild Raid, PVP, and World Boss) and never been banned. If you wanna take my word for it, just use x10 stats.

In my case, I never turn off my mod I just spam level a dungeon base on what I think my team can handle if they have good gears without the help of stat mod. Like i have complete bd t6 set to finish chapter 6 but none of the gears are awakened. Only uws have + and nothing else.
