yes bro you have to redownload the new apk mod. at least no need to redownload the playstore version as mentioned by @stelau4

Well it happened after i try install an application. Before i Install that apps i can install the modded APK smoothly. After i reinstall Kings Raid and Uninstall the other Apps, now it just keep showing "Apps Did Not Installed" everytime i try to install the modded APK. So i need to root my HH...
