That's never going to happen, with all due respect the public audience doesn't have self control of mods. This is why you rarely see mods for good games in public, people will use and abuse and have the game patched within a matter or days if not weeks.

Having these games in VIP filters out most of those abusers, paying a price deters people from abusing or even wanting to buy just to abuse.
