I was really waiting for this game and hoping you will give it a try
I believe I have the APK file from a chinese website not APK pure, it is not modded and the language can be changed to English as well
I will attach it to this post, may be it can be useful? I am not very good at the tech details but it may be helpful?

This apk have arm64 lib will not work on some phones
 
I'll have a look at it tomorrow, its too late here now. That one (arm64) should work on my phone.
