have you tried uninstalling and disabling the google play store and reinstall?

I think the problem is not related to google play may be related to android version of mobile device. I took an alternative path and installed the apk pure version of the game in Virtual xposed and changed the values with Game Guardian. values Dword * 2 by the way.

if the playstore verson works then it's not compatibility, it just means google play isn't letting you install due to some reason, thats why in some cases doing that will allow you to install it, but if you found your own way than thats good.
