One thing from observation is to not spam the 'no skill cooldown' on any event with leaderboard. Even if you manage to get a low score to keep you from being suspect, the spamming of the skill is something they've done some work on and it will get you instantly noticed on the back-end.

With how the ranking works (A-S-Q) if you reach Q multiple times within a short time, that puts you on notice

I don't think reaching "Q" multiple times is the cause. Even in the original app from Google play store, I can repeatedly get "Q" rating. The problem is most likely the damage multiplier. So far even with mods, I have not gotten the same problem you guys are encountering. Maybe lay low for some time and not use the cheat to the max and abuse it.

You do have a point in leaderboards, however I've used the mod in events with leaderboard and have no problems with it.
The thing is, don't use it too often and if you are going to use it in events make sure to use it minimally.

My mod set is usually:
1.) 3x dmg
2.) No Skill CD
3.) Fast skill guage

I barely use godmode since it would be weird to not take even a single damage.

i think using god mode is safer, i mean you can be really skilled and dodge at the perfect timing, but nothing can hide your dmg counter if you use dmg multiplier

Also don't rush stages, that makes it quite obvious.

Agree, i usually max my characters before using any mod.
also, yeah dumb enemies can break the game, especially when you exit modified mode
