Wich chapter are you on? nopaew shop gets unlocked at the end of part 1, cat shrine if I'm no wrong is around chapter 50. Stellar awakening (starcharts) is unlocked at chapter 83.

how do you hack the starchart to be 999, when I tried to do it, it still limited to 2.

Also does the item multiplier also works when we get item from rewards from achievements or quest rewards? I mean other than chests and sparkles

For the nopaew hack you need game guardian, and no you can't multiply achievements or quest rewards

There are lots of chests that contain light and shadow as rewards in Episodes/Apocrypha/Story/Etc. You have to be very careful about collecting them, though.

You will have to use Google Translate, but you can refer to maps on アナデン攻略wiki｜アナザーエデン - アルテマ
They have a map of almost every area showing exactly what is in every single chest.

you can use the allcosmos instead of starchart for upgrading any character
and the gg method works on the allcosmos (the shop to the right of the nopow selling treatises)

Don't you need to be able to legitimately buy at least one before the "exchange" button is enabled? How do you get the items needed to do that?
