I tested an older version and do not remember it asked anything like that, maybe a recent update...
Anyway lot of app/games ask strange permissions.
If you are unsure of it but still want to play you can Accept now and then use Xprivacy to block them from deleting anything, just to be extra safe.
 
It gets stuck at 67% in the loading screen. I reinstalled and the same thing happens.
