WHY BLACK/WHITE SCREEN/CRASHED?
  • Remove gameguardian or any similar memory tool
  • Some device has battery optimization (Energy battery saving) , disable it
  • Disable game booster
GAME STILL CRASHED, HOW TO SEND LOGS?
  • Go to folder /Android/data/game package name/files/mod_menu_crash_logs.txt
  • Copy & paste or take a screenshot inside the logs, send it here
  • Some device may have different dir (document files)
  • Alternative way: Install matlogs app (required root device), open matlogs & click start record. Open the game wait for game crashed or few minutes and stop record.

Summary of Game​

There is also have another problem that every time the game is restarted, it takes a long time to load, and a lot of data is downloaded during this time

The second problem is that I got it wrong, only the first one: the black box on the top blocks the button, which prevents the game from working properly

Figured it out. Just raise your teams compat power to remove the error.
