Send us your screenshots with the requirements for each entry in this thread. If you've previously submitted and you would like to add more entries, please edit your post instead of submitting a new post.

I've used 1 Facebook account to vote, make sure to take a screenshot with your Facebook name visible + logo selected and upload here. If you submitted 5 entries, please provide 5 screenshots and vice versa
