how does the value in ReloadMax work? ReloadMax=1 means the main gun takes 1s to reload?

I believe setting it to 1 makes your guns fire instantly. Setting it to a higher number slows it down. Basically Lower number=Fastest reload/Firing rate, Higher number=Slower reload/Firing rate.

No it's because the script applies to both ships so your screen will only be flooded with aircrafts till you lag. Using it in exercise is not recommended and should be turned off or only use ExerciseGodmode.

In TW's time-limited activities, the code to remove enemy skills seems to have something wrong, and the event BOSS can still put skills
Are servers other than CN strictly restricting full skin unlocking? I really like this feature. Do friends who use this modification end have a record of being banned using the full skin?

If you use other emulator than Nox then I can't help you since I'm not familiar it. Also not I'm not familiar with how CN region handle the script since I haven't tested it throughly and there are no testers in the discord server.

Event bosses can use skills and gear just like players, so the reloadmax and damage settings in the weapon section will also apply to the boss.
As for the skin, I have played in EN, CN and TW with no problem, only if you climb to a high rank in EX you will be banned.
