I found PieMod and JMBQ for v9.1.9 from Discord

I tried PieMod, and with my configured Perseus.ini, in the battle the changes were not in affect.

Did I do anything wrong for the MOD to be in effect?

kk, got it working at last.

Launched PieMod apk one time.
Perseus.json was created, no longer using .ini
I edited the value in .json, revmoed old .ini

then, game running with mod in effect like before.

If it has been installed before, then uninstall the original game with Mod Apk. Also change the name of the data & obb game before uninstalling.

Settings can be found inside JMBQ.ini, located within the game's external files directory (/sdcard/Android/data/{package-name}/files/).

If you're unsure of your region's package name, just look it up. All of them include "AzurLane" though.
