py, vs, go aren't necessarily needed in 3rd party apps.
dnspy is needed for modding CN version of AL. not sure how that works. but if you're modding EN, you definitely don't need that.

the last hint i will give you is you go back to the repo/github page where you downloaded the autopatcher. if you can read, you'll definitely know what you're supposed to find.
