The author has finished the production, waiting for upload, it is expected to be available today

What if we use it on map 13/12 but with 50+ oil composition?

I know we need ModInit but do we also need to download new sign apk or can use the previous one if already installed?
 
im using mumu emulator with android 6.0.1.... still black screen after
1. download new obb and put in folder android>obb
2. place the Modlnit in folder Android
3. install the new sign apk
... and black screen forever.... any help?o_O😅
