The loot drop is not working i think..and i dont know u mod the blue coin or not. but other than that,all other mod works perfectly

There is ongoing event right now in the game that ends in 7/7..usually they update after the event but i could be wrong too..

Thats very normal, some game keep cache alot need to clear for sometime. I dont think need to clear data, just clear cache is enough
