Before i got the message on my first device, i saw some player talking about something that related to rooted device will be ban, at this time i was using normal apk over the mod, then few minutes later i got disconnected, when i open the game, Connection Refused. Then i install the normal apk on my second device, which is the first time i install this game and got the same 'connection refused'. Both of my device are rooted. And thats how i assume he was ip ban. Well i'm not really sure if its ip ban.

If you are stuck in loading screen or you got connection refuse or you are stuck in creating character use a GPS faker and use Indonesia as your fake location then launch the game. credits to rpg1gamer.

This methis didnt work. Used fake gps and it still refused connection.
