Is there a way to turn auto off permanently?

I think you just turn off like the usual way(click green button in game when battle) and it worked, but if for permenantly i don't think so

I tried downloading and installing signed apk over the original, but it came up with an error saying that the package conflicts with an existing package by the same name. Do i need to root my phone?

I don't. Mine solved by just installing it normally, not overwriting the play store ver.

1 - God Mod ( Enemies won't be able to attack you )
2 - Damage ( Massive damage )
3 - SP ( Infinity Mana for skills )
4 - Movement Speed x 2
5 - Fever ( Always 100% Fever when using Auto Play )
6 - Combo ( Combo always between 200 and 300 )
7 - Auto Play ( Auto Play function is always enabled to use )
8 - Auto Reload ( Don't need to flick to reload when using Bayonet, Gun or Rod )
9 - Skill Spam ( Accumulating combo is not required to use skill )
10 - Auto Pick-up ( Increased acquisition range to make dropped items being picked up automatically )New mod: Auto Pick-up ( Increased acquisition range to make dropped items being picked up automatically )
