It's not just for root use an apk resginer and it works because I am not root and I don't it and worked for me thanks.

Change the extension of the file to zip and then extract it. You will find lib folder.

Hope this mods get updated, i mean its good mods and working fine,other adjusted value directly like gems 99999999 like that mostly not working coz servers check,but this claimed mods is working fine...
