Hey guys quick Q... Can you repair your fleet ? (Not the ships in battle when loose, but the actual fleet on Main Screen... All my ships are smoking )

Yep some ships have the repair ability, support class.

You need to have root, patch the game to allow iApp purchases.

I use Xposed setting for LP.
