Added Damage Multiplier (unlimited) and Defense Multiplier (unlimited) instead of x5-10 or x1-100 anything possible

Additional Information:
While Blue Archive JP has an (unlimited) multiplier, blue archive global only x1-10 is too small. from what i have tried to use it higher level stage x10 hardly helps much If you could, I would be very grateful

We are not raising the mod cap. It causes a lot of abuse. You need to put some effort into the game too.
