If you want play again (start from 0) you an try Xprivacy to forge another IMEI/ID.
If you want your same account only game developers can help you.

If you don't want to get banned, simply don't use mods. Regarding unbans though, you are not able to unban an account, due to the way its server sided, you maybe able to unban in a way you can make a new account and play, but you cannot really unban your account that has progress in it, let alone asking someone to make a tool, that won't happen.

the most inportant thing usung mods is be responsible, dont over do it and lay low dont get unwanted attention. you should be fine.
